Raven Symone Diet Tips
- Don’t eat before bed. Doing so means you aren’t using fat from your own body to use as energy for sleeps growth and repair processes.
- Don’t be afraid to skip breakfast, it isn’t the most important meal of the day as some may have you believe
- If feeling hungry, have a glass of water thirst, sometimes the hunger goes away and you can spare yourself some added calories
